1. How do I know what is my Spanish level?

After registering with us, you will receive a written Placement Test and a schedule for your oral evaluation, and you will be placed accordingly. If you are a true beginner, don't worry! You'll be speaking Spanish from the first day of class.

2. Can I get university credits?

Yes, you can. Please contact us for more details.

3. Do I need to book accommodation together with my Spanish course?

No, this is not necessary. We give can you some accommodation options, but you can stay wherever you prefer.

4. Is there a booking fee?

There is no registration fee. Yet, in case you book accommodation with us, you will need to pay 20% of your stay before your arrival as a booking deposit. Also a 10% per cent of your Spanish course so that we can get everything prepared before your arrival.

4. When should I pay for my Spanish course and my accommodation?

Spanish courses and accommodation must be paid in full on your first day at the school. Your previous deposit will be deducted from your fee.

5. Can I extend my course/accommodation once in Buenos Aires?

Yes. We will make all our efforts to help you stay in the same accommodation. If the accommodation is no longer available, we will give you some other accommodation options. If you are planning to stay longer, we advise you to let us know ASAP.

6. What if I need to cancel my course/accommodation before my arrival date?

a) If you have paid the full of your course/accommodation, and your cancellation is done more than 15 days before the start of your course, we will refund you 80% of your payment.
b) If you have paid the full of your course/accommodation, and your cancellation is done less than 10 days before the start of your course, we will refund you 50% of your payment.
c) In no case will we refund you the 20% in advance paid for accommodation.

7. And if I need to cancel my lessons once I have started them?

a) Group lessons cannot be canceled. You will not receive a refund.
b) Individual lessons can be rescheduled but not canceled. We will need notice 24 hours in advance.
c) For individual lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will need to pay for the lesson and this lesson will not be rescheduled.

Important: Except in the case mentioned in 7 b), after the start of your program there is no refund for any course, accommodation or any other item booked through the school.

8. Do you offer extra activities?

Yes, we offer a variety of extra activities that we post each week at the school calendar. These range from guided walking tours and bike tours through the city, to day trips or weekend excursions.

9. Do you have any volunteer programs?

We partner with a volunteer organization that can find the right volunteer program for you.

10. What time and date do classes begin?

a) Group classes begin every Monday. Schedule: 9 am to 1 pm.
b) Shared and individual lessons are organized according to the students' request.
